Radially Split Casing consists of four separate castings: the discharge head, the suction head, the channel rings, and the stuffing box extensions.
All components are positively locked using a centering fit and secured with large diameter tie rods.
Stuffing Box Extensions are designed to withstand maximum discharge pressure and will accept packed box and various mechanical seals.
Precision Cast Closed Impellers are optimized for each hydraulic option. Low NPSH first stage impellers available.
Diffusers and Channel Rings are individually cast for ease of maintenance and future hydraulic flexibility.
Secondary O-ring Seals between channel ring faces ensure positive casing seal.
Stationary Wear Ring Part in the channel ring and diffusors are installed with a press fit and secures with anti-rotation screws.
